We use such rubbing mainly for cheese and of this thrilled. She's super sharp, so exercise rubbing without much pressure is possible without any problems. For my taste, it could be something wider, but you can not have everything ;-) whether it harmonizes with dishwashers we have so far not dared to test us, but it is also as fast washable. A purchase is worthwhile :-)
