I was and am very annoyed by all the chrome bath accessories, as always eventually rust arises and things look ugly. Have a holder and dispenser sought which is made differently and goes to attach without drilling. And Voila, this holder and dispenser offers. Price is io, fine workmanship, beautiful design, and finally off the chrome.
