The Tefal C9350202 reference corresponds to a pan 20 cm Induction CeramControl whose handle is welded (not riveted) and having at its center the temperature indicator Thermo-Spot (see attached generic picture).

It gives excellent results in the use if we respect three simple principles - detailed by Tefal.

We must prepare the pan before first use by heating it very lightly and apply with a paper towel thin neutral cooking oil layer before gently wash and dry.

A very thin fat film applied to the paper towel is useful, even if you want to cook dry. The film allows better coupling for successful cooking and easy cleaning - a simple sponge is enough.

Finally, and most importantly for excellent medium and long-term results, we must remain at reasonable temperatures. The Thermo-Spot indicator turns red at 180 ° C, an ideal temperature for bright firings. Go beyond excess heating the pan will attach and score. If you want to cook a way shot piano - up to 400 ° C - this pan is not suitable!
