The Tascam TM-2X is ideal for small AVCHD camcorder while traveling.
At first I was skeptical whether the power - would be enough of small AVCHD camcorders - about "PLUG IN POWER". First test shots on a Sony PJ 650 and a Panasonic 707 bring a very good Ton.Gute speech intelligibility in the interior - where up to a distance of 5 meters - with the right setting. When shooting outdoors wind noise from the supplied windscreen to be surprisingly well hidden. Language is up to four meters distance from the speaker - even at moderate wind conditions - recorded yet well understood.
