Had the Panasonic ER-1611 bought in September 2012 and was also happy with his cutting performance and handling until now - unfortunately he fails now after the warranty period his service - with or without wires, he is no Muks more of itself, for the price of course annoying. I have rather expected that he holds a little longer in use twice a month. After some research and expert advice (hairdresser) I'll try it with a German company (Moser). I hope that others have better luck with this Panasonic Hair Trimmer.
