In "Twilight" is a young adult novel with vampires and romance, as well as the adults can read well. Although the novel is written completely sexfrei and it hardly even contact occurs only once, it still crackles enigmatic eroticism. The story is romantic, but not overly cheesy, just the Highschoolmilleu as a setting you should already like.
Stephenie Meyer has written this book in my opinion excellent, exciting and full of feeling, and the story still resonates in me long after.
The second volume of "New Moon", which has already been published, reads almost as good. A third volume is in the works. "Twilight" has also appeared in a German translation under the title "bite dawn".
