I have a little longer wait until I bought the aeroSling Elite, because I was not confident enough to me whether this training device is something for me. After some research work on the internet about training videos and what kind of Slingtrainer the "right thing" is, I decided to purchase this also due to the positive recessions. The decisive factor was probably the intregrierte guide roller for a more intensive workout.
In addition, I am probably one of the lucky ones who could buy the aeroSling elite for cheap 111.11 - lucky!
Nebem the aeroSling Elite a DVD, a plan setting out the basic exercises, clear guidance on using the aeroSling and a door hanging sign that says will "respect, training design" delivered. The door anchor is integrated as in the illustration.
The aeroSling trainer is very easy to use, so you instinctively hinbekommt without manual adjustment of the length of belts and hooking into the door. Since I'm still not sure if I would expect my doors permanently, I prefer the strap for wrapping a stable branch / iron pipe, etc., which is hooked into the provided carabiner.
Overall the aeroSling feels very valuable. While I can not Verlgeich draw a competition model (eg TRX), but I think the 111 or 180 are good for the long term.
Who so far no training videos has been viewed with respect to a aeroSling coach, can and DVD should watch before the first training. Shown here videos about the use of the equipment and training videos for the various basic exercises. Aerobis sets here to prevent injury much emphasis on the execution.
Today my aeroSling was first challenged times and I have to honestly admit - I've imagined it a lot easy on the videos. Admittedly, I'm from the Freeletics "faction" and am therefore accustomed to complex and intense workouts. The aeroSling demands a lot from but, precisely because of the pulley, so you have to really pay attention through further instability on its movements.
Especially with the push-up I've noticed that they are much more intense than normal pushup on the floor or on a Bosu Ball.
Previous conclusion: I do not regret buying the aeroSling and look forward to more training sessions.
