After I was disappointed by a competitor I ordered this mount. The present holder is excellent. The phone fits into the lower slots in without violence and the strap at the top can be tilted by a spring backward. Thus, it is - unlike some competitors - no need to squeeze the phone to plastic components past, which inevitably leads to wear marks on the phone and bracket. The mounting plate conforms to standard (I could attach the holder so the car on the existing mounting plate). A star devaluation must be unfortunately: The USB port and the upper arms are so close together that I had at the charging plug removed a bit of plastic with the cutter, thus charging possible while driving (as Ingress player I invite even during cycling with a spare battery ...)
