Fits (albeit closely) for LG Optimus L4 incl. Case

I use the case for my LG Optimus L4 E440 and am satisfied. It might like to have one or two centimeters more length, but by the elastic material my phone is still held securely - even with protective sheath around it.
As for the belt loop / mounting options, I am more than satisfied: the loop can be opened by a double velcro, which means you have the similar belt not only feed out in order to fix the case can, and the cross-mounted locks are very suitable for pocket or backpack straps.
Processing / Quality is best, accustomed robust by Tatonka. For me, a strong buy recommendation, although the number could have bigger it probably did.
