Having just my system compl. have switched to Arca-Swiss and several quick release plates need, I chose this one decided (I still have a long on the variety), among others, because the price / performance ratio was right here.
The plates are rubberized on the surface, have re. / Li. an eye (for example for a strap (not tested)), and for me the most important thing:
The plates have a bottom 1/4 inch thread eg for a hand strap or another.
I screw my old Schnellwechselplatte even less to my monopod (no way to replace the quick-change holder) to be able to continue to use. Likewise, I can use these plates on my flash bracket.
A small disadvantage is the mounting screw, because you can only tighten me a screwdriver or a coin. The slot has on one side a hard-to-see thread in which you have to turn the screw in the center slot (is not in the brief instructions).
All in all this gets Schnellwechselplatte me a strong buy recommendation.
