The "My Passport Ultra" sits well in a recess and not wobble around during transport. In the second compartment can be well stowed the associated cable or even a second plate of the same size. If only one disk and a cable in his pocket, a certain cavity in the shell remains (from other reviews already mentioned), but I did not personally find bad, after all there are so even a small crumple zone. Generally, the shell makes a stable, solid impression.
The only disturbing factor for me is the smell of the sheath (also criticized by many already). Although it is actually not mind me that plastics also smell artificial, the smell when unpacking is already extreme. You have to say that after 1-2 days airing in my cover for the most extreme of the unpleasant odor is gone but fairness.
So for a great fit for the aforementioned plate I give 4 stars and only because of the unpleasant smell it are not. 5
