Even the mere reputation of a trouser or jacket pocket seems to scratch it. So must be found suitable protection.
And to find, is not easy. But doable, as this leather bag company "igadgitz" shows.
The shell is the second that I have ordered from this company. The first, in purple, because no other color was more available for my E-Series, I can immediately go back because of inferior workmanship and the smelly synthetic leather.
Now the black leather bag was skeptical taken in reception and open (PS: After a long wait - since delivery from England).
This product also comes from China. It is well and securely packaged. Unfortunately there is not even included in the package is a display protective sleeve as in the previous delivery, a cleaning cloth or. So be it.
First Impression:
+ The shell actually smells of leather. It seems to Hadeln to genuine leather.
+ It is soft and pleasant to wear. It lies well in the hand.
+ The Walkman actually fits in perfectly. He does not shake, all the buttons and plug connections are within easy reach.
+ The display is well protected by the closed door.
o The envelope can be closed with a push button on the back. A magnetic closure or Velcro II would be here in my opinion meaningful and been practical, especially since it is not clear which life has the button in case of frequent opening.
o There are on the back of a belt loop for thin to medium width belt (max. 4 cm). These can be opened with a push button. Nice, but not really practical.
- Flaw: Instead of the belt loop a clip for attachment to clothing, trousers, etc. would have been more appropriate. Especially about athletes hardly jogging wear a belt.
- A hook / carabiner would be a practical fastening idea that is unfortunately missing.
Overall, the bag 4 is replaced by reason of 5 stars in the first impression. She does what she should: protect the player and be sensitive display.
