bought this Stativschelle for my Leica APO 180mm f 2.8 Elmarit R because the clamp Leica is no longer to get - neither new nor used. The diameter is the same (about 65mm) with this "Canon-clamp" and fits really wonderful. Sharp edges on the clip I could not find and therefore this clip needs to be not "modified". A highly recommended purchase and then at this price! The whole shebang.
