I bought this lamp to illuminate the objects in macro photography. Particularly impressed I was that the lamp has two light sources: 1 times LED cold light and then a Xenon lighting with warmer radiation. The LEDs can be divided into two stages set - the first is a little pale, the stage two works well for my purposes. I am disappointed by the xenon light: as a totally non-uniform light cone represents, in the middle of a dark spot surrounded by a bright, difusen and circular luminous area. Since the light can not be focused, this feature is not useful for my purpose. The lamp itself is made of clean processed aluminum with a rubberized grip. The battery cover has the better grip grooves but very sharp.
