I got myself the cable as Köpfhörerverlängerung to my Sennheiser, so that I can sit on the couch and not have to stand in front of the TV; o) The workmanship is very good. Whether favorable cable transmit a different sound or not, I can not judge. I have heard no difference - whether the extension was in between or not. The only thing that bothers me is the sheath of the cable. In the pack is "flexible" on it, but it's not really in my eyes. Maybe I'm spoiled by the Sennheiser HD565 or cable of my optical Oehlbach cables, but the Hama cable IMHO rather rigid. When I think vertically 20cm cable upwards then moves nothing. Okay - it is flexible in the sense that it is not a floor and can be moved ... Maybe the product photo is an optical illusion, or I have a kink in the optics (i will start not rule), but when I look at me the cable in front of me, then the latch beech (with 9mm diameter) substantially greater than the plug (with 6mm diameter). In the photo that comes over somehow not so - because HAMA could give calm a little more effort. Otherwise, the transparent coat over the black cable fits well with the aluminum cable ends. The gold-plated surfaces for optimum contact, but otherwise not really fit the style. When the cable is in use but that falls to anyone.
My conclusion: If I had known that the cable is not as smooth as I expected it, I would not have bought me.
