These circumstances I have reported Amazon and the producers of this "chaos article" and asked for an opinion and a suitable replacement brush in black. The company ZELLER did not care until now, neither with information or with a solution of the matter.
The handling of the matter (there are indeed no large amounts) from Amazon because of misinformation and Zeller (Troubleshooting Trash) are "unacceptable and deserve an extremely lousy judgment" of the handling of the case.
So far, I must say, however, I had no similar trouble with Amazon ... all orders / deliveries ran good to satisfactory and have caused no such trouble !!
