He's damn fast for a USB 2.0 flash drive, but this does not even surprise me at Lexar. Lexar is one of the four great flash manufacturers in the world and therefore has the entire production chain in his own hands. The sliding mechanism is really stable and snapped a good - no comparison to the sticks with sliding mechanics of Sandisk or Verbatim.
Whether one can recommend the stick or not, depends on the purchase price. He has already considerably cheaper than the USB variant JumpDrive S73. I got my copy at a large office market for just under 10 euros, and then he has a great value for money, because the USB version 3 S73 currently costs something twice.
