GENERAL:
After it already was on the SNES and the N64 a "Pilot Wings", there is now finally a third part.
On the SNES I found Flight Games ("Pilot Wings", "Starfox" ...) laughable. As "Pilotwings 64" as one of the two Star Title ("Wave Race 64" came a few days later!) Appeared on the N64, I had to have it.
The feeling was great and the music awesome. Indeed, even the graphics was a stunner. The snow and ice island looked partially photorealistic. (Clear, white snow ground can always be easily represent!) And the reduced US offered many attractions like "Nessi" in the lake, a Mario version of Mount Rushmore, a space shuttle launch, etc. Even a flight through the Grand Canyon became a experience.
The only downside of the game was the difficulty. There were some tasks that I would have thrown the controllers prefer out of the window. Gameplay:
There are two game modes: the mission mode and the free-flight mode.

GAME SCOPE:

The missions I had in less than 2 hours on average with 2 - completed 3 stars. The highscore hunt does not irritate me as I am with my friends so can not compare online.
Outdoors Flight Mode I even spent more than 6 hours, although I'm still missing 3 gifts and a ring that should I collect. CONCLUSION:
Has the game now worth?
Now, from the game feeling her already. For a short round in between and for show, it's great.
If you can "only" buy a game, I would rather "Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars" recommend, which is the surprise hit of the 3DS launch games for me.
