This fire basket consists of five sheets that are inserted into each other and four side the bottom plate is laid. Four small tabs on the grid plates engage in corresponding recesses in the side plates and provide some loose strength - but you can figure out on two fingers that these tabs are brittle at each disassembly and fitting together (especially since they are naturally exposed to regularly associated temperature fluctuations) and eventually cancel. So this is not a product that you sometimes just pops up if necessary and then also just collapses again, but one that is reasonably once plugged and then as long as possible can be so, until it, if it must be, takes apart and wegstellt.
To avoid any misunderstanding arises: That thing can be with with two left hands together stuck in less than a minute and take apart again, and then it fits loosely in a two and a half centimeters niche. But there's just no folding mechanism of some kind. This fire basket is shipped in parts and can also be easily disassembled again, but is not designed for regular disassembly / assembly.
