Bought for my old midi keyboard this adapter.
In my application I use only the IN input.

After connecting the USB port on the PC (Windows 7 or XP) to install two drivers. After that the adapter is ready for use (visible in the device manager).
Two LEDs (one and one for IN for OUT) signaling traffic. Since I use only the IN input only the IN LED will flash at me. This is very helpful, there was a loose connection to my old keyboard. So that I could detect and eliminate him.
