1. Tablet angle
If you want to use your tablet like sitting on the legs (bed / chair, train, "Green", whereever ...), you have to get used to that one looks a me personally uncomfortable angle from the top of the display. Desk Level of fixed angle is absolutely fine.
2. Tablet holder (attachment between keyboard and tablet)
The NotePro can indeed quite good, albeit with fear for the chrome frame, click in the holder and slide, but only due to the 3-sided holder slips (left, top, right), the tablet occasionally something out of the holder. Here, however, the tablet can not accidentally fall out or suffer any damage. Is therefore only a rather small construction defect.
3. Tablet collapsed (to work without a keyboard, display above)
The tablet will be "fixed" only by the resistance of the flexible cover, a sturdy locking device clearly missing! During the operation, it may happen that the tablet flat slips backwards. Here, "falls" the lower edge of NotePro of the lower buffering the keyboard and presses on the bottom row of keys and performs actions unintentionally. "Retire" the Permanent Tablet It will slide out of its socket (see item 2).
Needs to make text inputs to constantly bring the tablet back to the standing position, because the on-screen keyboard is closed. At this price, a sensor should be installed, which (is back on Tablet keyboard top) in recognition of this position, the Bluetooth keyboard and the disabled NotePro can automatically open the onscreen keyboard again.
4. Tablet collapsed (display on keyboard, for transport and protection)
Again missing an arresting a fixed position. While holding the magnet, the two components very well connected, but the flexible cover ensures also here for a move and thus a less secure feeling when carrying and transporting.
5. Sleep Mode
Who accidentally or 2 key presses (no, I'm not senile or gross motor) when folding the duo re-enabled tablet. Depending on the key apps can be operated and running. A simple solution would be that the Logitech "Alt Gr" key provides you with a magnet because the opposite upper right display area is a magnetic sensor that ensures that the tablet can be protected against accidental operation. This can even cheapest Cases from the web !!!
In addition, opened up by such a magnet, a completely new "splash screen" when you open the lid. It then still upcoming appointments, calendar and an action memo field are displayed. Can test with a magnet Every time myself.
6. General
Rubberized spacers and magnet dust and fluffing pretty quickly if you transport the device in a pocket.
The same is true for the recess in which the tablet is placed.
When closing it seems to be almost impossible to push the lowermost portion of the tablet does not have the unprotected rear of the keyboard. Dirt can thus lead to (micro) scratches.
Finally, an entirely subjective criticism on my part: Although the wavy glossy plastic may be a selling point for design lovers, but me disturb the fingerprints and the forward collecting dust much more than a "supposedly cheaper" plastic.
I do not give recommendations from at this point, because that should not be the meaning and purpose of a review.
However, I personally would be this Logitech PRO NotePro 12.2, despite all the existing positive qualities, worth a maximum of 50 euros. So I'll have to look any further.
