Before entering the Active approximate code a password is demanded (the first time after 5 years). Lousy - because non-existent - Support. Quite large Verarsche. Only Amazon has helped. The aid, however, has only led to the successful uninstalling Kaspersky. Ultimately, that was the key: I now Norton ordered and successfully ascended within 5 minutes. Kaspersky now heads into the same bin, in which the support in doubt decayed for years.
Kudos to Amazon regarding consultancy use and reimbursement.
Supplement: I think the superficial, published after my review mainly positive reviews for Kaspersky fakes because previously for days / weeks no one has an interest in the scrap.
The support has incidentally still not reported. Quite clear warning of the product, including service !!!
