There are beautifully combined strength, strength endurance and stretching exercises. It is always required new and I personally manage even today not every DVD from the outset to join by the end. There one falls slightly but after a short pause to go on, even if the disc continues, as each exercise is first explained slowly and will be executed faster.
Nevertheless, you should, if you're completely untrained prefer to use simpler workouts, otherwise you will quickly demotivated because you just can not perform the exercises as fast or as long. If you're already a little in practice, these DVDs are ideal because you can make these workouts even if you are fit without saying at the end, that was too easy.
All in a beautiful DVD's that work all the muscles, but is also respected on stretching and especially on the muscular endurance. In the long run I think but missing the fun of exercising because Billy Blank indeed is motivating, but still exercises on life are boring. (Is the gym not too different)
Therefore, a point deduction for it, but otherwise really great !!
Worthwhile for the price definitely!
