For Carnival - not useful!

I do not understand what this little cap should be all that great.
?? Educational What is this nonsense?
The processing is ridiculous. The material is a white PVC film,
with an enclosed, gray plastic strip.

The plastic strip can not be locked and is not even stuck together!
That someone here speaks in the material of silk - is a joke !!
The small cap is supplied and can not actually verknuddelt in an acceptable
Form be brought, because this plastic strip "loose" is inside.

Between my old carnival captain's hat, which is really made of white cotton,
and this indescribable thingy, are worlds apart!

I would like more spent on a hat when they were that, as the old one that I now
lovingly've recycled. So there is something but not here - and otherwise I have this
"Quality" nowhere to be found. Also in the Carnival Stores in Cologne not !! Sorry!
I'm glad I kept my old Mützchen and shall certainly a few more years of fun
it did!

In short: It's cheaper China-waste and no penny!
