In my search for a housing which also provides convenient access to the GPIO ports, I stumbled upon this one. In total, there are only two plastic halves that make up the housing and also become slightly rigid or as crystal. Etc. No screws, the entire construction is based on engaging in small, precisely fitting plastic clips. The insertion of the Raspberry Pi into the case worked with me after some thought and a sense of proportion. But then a little courage was required because the board fit into place if you fumbles with some force into the housing and suppressed until they bend extent that the tabs lock. This is certainly nothing for extreme Grobmotoriker. Then the result is, however, top class! All openings are made absolutely precise fit. The board is seated properly and secured in the housing. Even the tiny LEDs of Raspberry are routed via optical shaft to the casing surface. The case fits comfortably in your hand and features on the back of two cross-grooves, on which you can mount it also on a wall and / or holder. If you want to keep the case on the table, you should probably spendieren a few rubber feet. The only negative thing is maybe that the construction is certainly not tolerate when the board repeatedly switched on and expanding. In addition these are also too many catches. For the assembly thus rather a disposable product, but nevertheless one that I absolutely loved. And at this price you can not complain too.
