I now have a new book by Jack Daniels. there is again a lot more extensive than the previous books. A lot of training plans starting with the professional way to run novices, which is a significant difference from the earlier books. Another difference from the other books is the fact that Daniels, although more is known as long-distance coach, this book also offers training plans for middle distance (800 or 1500 meters). Of course, to continue his famous VDOT formula is at the center, by which one can accurately read his training speed. This means nothing other than that one is always running at the correct speed and not too much or too. I have trained many occasions with Daniels plans and it has brought me every time on my performance limit. The new plans, and training requirements are varied and innovative. I can every runner, place highly enough from novices to ambitious sub 2:30 professional this book to my heart.
