Unsuitable for the aquarium. The sand is too fine and therefore under water too hard. So not recommended for plants. Visually, it's OK if you hold only Malawi cichlids in the tank. To the feed everything is green. In practice, it may be more granular in the aquarium, so do not buy recommendation for the use in aquarium with plants with ground roots.
