While their debut album - apart from Geddy's vocals - still sounded quite conventional, special and distinct this band is here after the entry of "The Professor" Peart as furious drummer and lyricist for the first time determine. In particular, the outstanding "By-Tor & The Snow Dog" should inspire prog rock fans. The guitar work of Lifeson has no equal here. Too bad that they at best only to present the song live today excerpts.
