Cons:
- The good black levels / contrast is heavily dependent on the viewing angle. He is in fact only be achieved within a circle with a radius of about 15 cm, the center is exactly where the viewing angle is 90 degrees. If, for example, is centered in front of the monitor, then gets the image to the sides slightly greyish sheen (circle moves with head movement; effect only in dark scenes clearly visible in office use practically not recognizable). And at extreme angles, the picture is completely covered by a slight gray shimmer. I think it's OK but because overall the picture in any situation looks much better than TN panels (even at extreme angles) and it's just as good as IPS panels in about.
- Response time is more than sufficient for games, but even with OverDrive slightly slower than TN panels. But you get used to it quickly and I'll take the right disturbing.
- Processing is satisfactory and could be a bit better.
- The settings menu could be a bit more user friendly.
Conclusion:
After I was very disappointed by three major manufacturers (Samsung, Eizo, NEC), I have finally found a useful monitor and this is from a manufacturer, I never had on the screen. Thank Iiyama!
Although I am satisfied, I wish there was a monitor with similar technology, which is more workable and has small improvements in response time and viewing angle dependence. For that I would like to willing to pay 100-200 euros more.
