I think it was the declining quality in my view, the Braun shaving heads that I have a retry can dare.
Features such as hygiene baths by means of expensive cartridges do not matter for me, my criteria are shaving time or speed, thoroughness and skin irritation.
In all of these criteria the Remington from cuts good to very good. I can then also live quite well with chunky, all unusual shape and the power button on the subjectively wrong side.
The trimmer has a filigree appearance, but is precise, the general design of the double shaving head does not necessarily support the shaving harder to reach places, such as under the nose.
But the bottom line is the portion shaved fresh out of the box better than I by more than double the price in memory have from my last brown.
Long-term suitability is still out, but until then: buy recommendation!
Supplement January 2014: after almost three months I have really nothing to revise, supplement at best:
The battery life is alright, although I von Braun already had better in this regard in his hand.
On the unfortunate position of Einschaltknopfes I still have not gotten used to and unlock the thing at least once every two shaving from unintentionally - but may be due to me .....
Not to me, however, is the rel. loose attachment of the small shaving heads. If then dissolves when cleaning such a small part of it before, then it is clearly advantageous if the outlet of the sink was locked!
But the bottom line is the price / performance ratio is absolutely in order.
