Ideal for me in my home theater in my 2.0 + subwoofer configuration. Although the receiver has ports for 5.1, but I need only 2 and my subwoofer. Previously, I had a NAD C352 plus TEAC DA converter, but I could set the tone by my circumstances just over coax to transmit amplifier. The Pioneer VSX-329-K is doing it the same way, except that I now hear really HD movies with HDMI unless the Bluray has an HD master audio with the disc. I can currently say anything because the other three LS seats are unoccupied on the 5.1 operation. In a rather small living room, the power to two 80W / 8Ohm speakers (PSB Imagine mini) is sufficient to supply enough thrust - especially when neighbors are still on board. ;) When half the volume the volume is sufficient in a 20m² room to achieve universal cinema volume. Only the menu structure may take a while to understand, but if you're in a time through, so after 2 weeks no more questions are open. ;)
