I bought some time ago in the headset MM 50 and am more than satisfied. I know of no headset in this price range which of the Medusa NX 5.1 drankommt.
The processing is in my opinion very good, but I go with my things very carefully and not to destroy it right after a few weeks.
I think most of the people complaining about the bad sound, the headset have adjusted just not right.
I have 30-40 minutes time taken to optimize the settings at the Realtek audio driver, since admittedly the sound "out of the box" is not convincing.
But if you have the first time found a personal best settings, it sounds really great.
And when I have the headset connected to a PC time with extra sound card, people, this sounds bombastic part!
Moreover, it is here for real 5.1 and 5.1 no cheap delays which only simulate.

Could in any game completely new sounds I perceive with my previous Stereo Headset've never heard.
The microphone also has very good sound, from my friends in TeamSpeak everyone hears me loud and clear. But here I have again optimized everything.
Therefore, I forgive also only 4 stars because you really should invest some time to find the optimal sound and many are probably frustrated only time you unpack and test the headset. Do not get discouraged, I'm not a sound engineer and have managed to find the best sound for me!
