Fraud or stupidity

Curiosity drove me to buy this product. I wanted to know whether the quality of the photos is better. The result was disappointing. Neither on a HP PSC 1310 still on a Officejet 5600 works this cartridge. Since it is clear that these cartridges would work in the units, I suspect an error in the toner. I will in future prefer to use the mark. The results are definitely better.
