Fraud using new versions annually

the Haufe publishing I wrote last year. Have in the past on several occasions, the full versions (offered updates) bought last Quicken 2010. Then there was again a promotion, which begins by noting that Lexware have not heard of me and I want to sell Quicken 2011 for 44.99. I then wrote the Haufe publishing house that I'm not ready for the minor changes from 2010 to 2011, to pay the amount mentioned. This was followed by no response. So you should be very critical when new versions are offered to existing customers publisher side at high prices.
