But small book with many photos, but what I notice is that the author always puts the same sauces, marinades etc ..... This is the fourth book on the plancha I have of it but the recipes are repeated, nothing is changing the copy / paste. The best author's book remains for me "Cooking a la plancha" which is not very big but very complete. And when you have that one you have everything.
