FRITZ! WLAN USB Stick N v2 constantly initializes new!

I have the stick for about a half year to date always very happy in the company and was. The compounds were carried out always with 150MB / s of effective throughput averaged 40MB / s. As a router is a Fritz! Box 6360 Cable.

Since yesterday, however, the drive can no longer be used, since it from the computer (Win 8.1) can not be reliably detected.

The process is as follows:

1. On the USB Stick LE lights
2. After Win 8.1 reports that the key has been detected ....
3. ... Only to then immediately disappear again.

Repair measures:

1 drivers completely uninstalled (including registry entries.) - Neg.
2. Two other computers (Win 8.1) - neg.
In none of the computer a Fritz-product was ever installed.

This would be repeated endlessly if you do not pull stick or at least deactivated in the Network and Sharing Center. Grrrrrrr .......

The behavior was the same on each machine. I must therefore assume that the stick has died the slow heat-death, because the stick is very warm during operation.

Unfortunately, the problem for a time seems to occur more often.
At least one gets the impression when scans the various forums for solutions.
