Powerful WLAN USB Stick with Vista problem

Internet videos are loaded quickly and I am very satisfied with the product.

Unfortunately, my network know-how is limited. There are probably options to increase the transfer rate. On the hardware side can be the big difference to the 300 Mbps at least not explain (router Asus RT-N56U Dual-Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router with 300Mbps is in the next room).
