The establishment
has inspired me. Ok, you have to download the Logitech Harmony program well. Annoying is also the obligation to register. But then the remote control was operational in just a few clicks through the easy menu navigation. My 4 devices (Samsung TV, Samsung BluRayHDRecorder, Onkyo AV receiver, Onkyo CD player so everything no exotics) were detected immediately. I clicked my way through the questions asked sense in which action which device is doing what, and everything worked right away. One click and all the devices go on and do what they should.
Functionality
does not lack anything. The 4 old remotes are in the closet and stay there permanently. Everything you need is available. More specific keys like Samsung Home or Smart Hub and tools I have put myself on the display easily on the first page. PIP functions that I use less frequently are on page two. I really miss anything!
Ergonomics and Design
are well managed. For a remote control Harmony looks quite good on the coffee table, better at any rate than the conventional 4 pushers. I like the motion sensor that turns the display and puts the keyboard glow. In addition, it fits comfortably in your hand, feels high-quality and the keys have a pleasant pressure point, which is a slight click Feedback. A little bothers me that I can not always press lying on the table, the remote control. Because they form then tilts to the side when one of the buttons is pressed express (eg, volume or channel), which means that I am forced to take it into their own hands.
The longevity
is still unclear. Is possibly a later date.
Conclusion
Did not think that I can clear the old remotes entirely in the closet. A quality device, which fully convinced.
