I nachden in DSLR Forum which saw sample photos, I could not resist and had the 70-300 ordered from Amazon. The lens makes a very good impression of quality. The image quality has convinced me in direct comparison with my Olympus 50-200. When focusing, however, you realize that this very leisurely 70-300 finds its target. The 70-300 is geeigent not for the dawn and not for bad weather. In good weather, it is recommended light intensity related very. Very useful is the image stabilizer when the lens is used with the E 510 or E3. It is a very good sun visor as Olympus included usual. The filter thread = 58mm. I use the Objetiv at E3, E 510, E 330 and Panasonic L1.
I still give it 5 stars for this price you will find nothing comparable in quality in my opinion.

Meanwhile, I have the Objektiev for 4 years in constant use and am still very satisfied. I use the lens at the time of the E5 and I have the impression that it works faster and more accurately on the E5. My 2.8 50-200 I have not been used for 3 years.
