As many write here: The part stinks really bad. And not only at power.
After reading the reviews here, I have the heater at an open window for the first time turned on. From the fan was white, stinking smoke - about 2 minutes. Then I let the part still run about 10 minutes. (Out of the window ...)
When I made it into the apartment to, anyway a bad smell was perceiving - unfortunately not disappeared even after an hour of continuous operation.
I think there are very cheap materials installed - healthy is certainly different! Have the part sent back - then freeze dearer than exposure to such chemicals clouds ...
The device itself is doing what it should - the bar-level is really very quiet, all other levels are considerably louder than cheaper heaters, also the heater off-balance. (At first he rattles always something until the then begins after 3-4 minutes ...)
Conclusion: Better not!
