On the one hand here is the robustness of the bottle and dripping criticized those a few times. In my view, this is neither problematic nor disadvantageous because by the glass thickness, the bottle can in the summer outdoor use certainly from some, especially since they also very good is still in his hand. Secondly, let drop when pouring, metering, simply by slightly "turn off" the last drop avoid. Personally, I will pour as well as from wine bottles, etc. into the glass, and also since then drips nothing. Thus, the syrup bottle can not stick them, in the screw cap, inasmuch as the yield in mixing ratios of 1: 7 to 1:15 between 4l gives up 7.5L water mix. That is perhaps "problematic" for a single household, but for a 4-person household should be empty but even 7.5L in Nullkomanix. Especially in the summer. Since the bottle does not even have time to stick together great.
As the respective syrup / juice itself, including the mixing ratio is a matter of taste. I personally liked all syrup 1: 7 not at all. Way too sweet !!! I had then leveled me "rule of thumb" 1:10 to 1:15. Without measuring. The both with bubbled tap water and with pure unbelassenem "tap water".
Also what everyone and makes the syrup, whether to drink, mix in XYZ, is entirely up to you. I the kitchen there is certainly Numerous applications. I myself would certainly not leave it in a pure "Soda-Stream solution".
All 4 products carry both the EU Bio Siegel v. 01.07.2010 and the State German organic seal of 09-2001.
And that has just rightly its price! While it may certainly scare the price of the set's amounting to almost 20 in the first impression, but mixed with water results in relation but the following:
each mixing ratio -
1: 7 = 4l overall results drink = 1.25 / L
1:10 = 5.5 L = 0.91 / L
1:15 = 7.5 L = 0.66 / L
By comparison, the American black caffeinated effervescent ca 0.75 / L and "German hops bubble" costs at least to 0.81 to, depending on the variety / range, about 2 / L.
Then there is this pure organic syrup not even low back ??? For other purposes in the kitchen (yogurt / ice / Baking / alcohol-based drinks etc. etc.) to such a comparison calculation can obviously not applying properly, but the "main purpose = Mix with water, is at least the syrup for me the clear winner ,
Add to that a healthy winner. Even the sugar content of 67g / 100ml syrup into perspective with the mixing ratio being too strong.
That leaves solely the purely subjective taste classification! And the fall here really very difficult, especially the fruit content varies greatly depending on the variety between 17% and 46%.
I personally tasted the mixtures with rhubarb (46% fruit content) and lime (35%) is by far the best. Followed by cassis currant (35%) and significantly knocked off the indefinable, at least for me Hola syrup with meager 17% fruit content. But even this estimate and order is my personal opinion and taste and will be with them certainly different. And that's just as well !
My personal conclusion:
2 of 4 syrup could really excite me! Too bad, then, that there is only the complete set there according to my research, because at Cassis and elder I could do without. Since I could not even begin to get to taste the fruit. No matter what mix ratio! But priced all 4 due to the flawless and credible BIO quality worth the money. Whether compared to shower and Co. or against competitors' products (health food, etc.) which sometimes cost a lot more even.
It would be good, however, if AMAZON would offer also here saving ABO, or single bottles varieties on offer could. That would make rhubarb & Co. then certainly interesting.
For the reviewed here quartet I prefer depending on a star for elderberry and Cassis. But again, this is my purely personal subjective rating! 3 star is also still = Not bad .... and thus nor a recommendation.
