Having last few weeks, I am far from having tested all the recipes. This book is full of ideas we may decline to infinity according to our imagination. Personally I usually use flour "all-in" to which I add the extra ingredients to get the final result of the book. Only regret, this book contains recipes for breads to achieve but also cook on the machine, I would have given up coast if this book contained recipes baguette, ciabatta, ... Conclusion: I am happy, I am not ready to have done the trick or tired of always eating the same bread but it lacks to me a few recipes that can be prepared bread machine but baked Traditional.
