First of all, I would like my colleagues criticize the report here and not write negative view on what type of printer you are using! A statement like "work with my printer is not!" is anyone help if he does not know your printer type. I use the Epson Stylus SX 425 and with me the cartridges function properly. Even the color, there is nothing to complain about for the price and the whole is excellent. The only thing I have to complain about and that's why I do not give 5 stars, is a lack of guidance. The cartridges have an orange plastic wedge to protect behind the release button which does not really stand on. This has to be removed otherwise there are problems at the onset and the ink tray does not close. Since the cartridges could not be in a box on which such a notice, but are packed 20 pieces in a bag, you should get in there to pack a corresponding sheet of drawing. Certainly I would not have read before inserting (who reads the descriptions), but it would have helped me to find the problem faster. Possibly then had some writing here "do not fit in the printer" can solve the problem.
