The brackets are, in terms of their quality, the price is reasonable. Mine were not fragmented or otherwise deficient. I bought it to tinker a kind lampshade from it. But I have them glued together with wood glue. Some of the "handles" of the brackets are shortened one or both sides, which, although the uniform and proper crafting something's complicated, but the actual purpose - laundry hanging on the line - does not detract. About a dozen of the brackets (100 purchased) was not suitable for my craft purposes, as they as mentioned, not all 100% were the same length. These braces can now serve its predetermined purpose and cling my laundry. They do perfectly.
Of course it may be that the quality of the brackets varies. There are indeed no "brand brackets", which produces only a single company. I guess they are purchased to availability of alternate manufacturers or wholesale markets. Cheap mass-produced flat. For that price I have expected anything anyway High quality and am satisfied with the quality.
It should be noted, it should be that my delivered brackets were not so tinged pink as they are displayed on the product photo. Hang laundry that is certainly not care, but who like me wants to tinker from the clamps slightly, perhaps interested in this information.
