Design:
- The battery pack has a soft-touch surface, it does not slip like plastic so stable and easy to handle
- The device looks solid, well designed, no apparent defect
- Slight, about 100g so I leave it in my bag permanently (I have tried other equipotent in stores, they were heavier)
Performance:
- Delivered already loaded three quarters so you can try it immediately
- Micro-USB / USB cable. You recharge the battery by connecting the micro USB input into the USB port of your computer or by connecting it to a USB AC adapter (I took one of my iPhone). Recharging the battery is done with 5V / 1.5A.
- It loads of smartphones and tablets, I tried with an iPhone 5 and a tablet (Kindle) without problems. To charge your device, you use the cable in the other direction: you connect to the USB port of the battery (output) and connect the micro-USB end into your device to load. For the iPhone, you simply use your cable lightning. I bought the lightning cable 10 cm AmazonBasics, it fits easily in the small carrying pouch provided with the battery.
- The power load is 5V / 2.4A. I loaded a quarter of my tablet in under an hour, which is pretty good compared to the time usually load. This has used a quarter of the charge of the battery so pretty autonomy perspective. There are 4 small LEDs to indicate what remains of load.
See with time if it has good resistance to successive loads but at the moment I have not found negative.
