Adjust the maximum voltage with me on almost exactly 7V. This reduces the volume of most fans enormously.
Also runs without problems with my motherboard controller. !!
In Incarcerated Y-cable also operate as usual.

Runs in our computers with 140mm BeQuiet SilentWings, Noctua 140mm and 140mm Phanteks.

If one wants to reduce its fans and optimize the motherboard controller, these little helpers are perfect !!
