I have ordered the product, as I have since extended pain in the shoulders and ellenbeogen. MSM (organic sulfur) is, as I have read, help with joint problems. have pain during strength training and constantly cracking shoulders had. have now been tested for 2 weeks and an improvement is real. the crack is still present, but it is not as painful as before. be it imagination or not, it has helped. have the dose but on 2 capsules morning and evening increased.
the capsules are easy to swallow. the packaging is decent.
Taste: Actually, I'm used to that taste like nothing capsules. a slight unpleasant taste is unfortunately present. that's the only thing that bothers me.
