Funny and original: the Adventure Time world seen by the father of Marceline the Vampire

While others are content with purely descriptive and factual encyclopedia, in an impersonal mode, the creators of this encyclopedia Adventure Time had the great idea to write in first person. In the role of the narrator: Hunson Abadeer, evil lord and dad Marceline the vampire bassist. In the series, his goal is to suck the souls of the inhabitants of the world of Ooo. He despises everyone (except his daughter). The encyclopedia is written in a very haughty tone, dismissive and pompous. All the inhabitants of Ooo are criticized for their imbecility, appearance, or both.

The vocabulary is that of an evil lord who is thoroughly in his delirium, with a fairly strong language, bombastic formulas and sometimes rare words. Reading therefore requires a certain level of English to understand everything.

The set is beautifully presented, with a division into several well-structured parts, beautiful images (some from the cartoon, others made especially for the book), and small "handwritten" annotations added by Finn, Jake and Marceline in response to comments of "author".

In short, an excellent book for lovers of Adventure Time, provided they can read English.
