Although part of the Logitech base my devices (Cambridge Audio) were not properly controlled by the Harmony 650: Can not turn on or off certain! After hours of struggling and learning with the original remote controls (yes, the "Harmony Remote Software" is slow) in vain, I decided without much conviction contact the Logitech support. After several exchanges of emails and testing in all directions, the support eventually load the infrared codes that go well and everything works as it should. A big thank you to them: it is their job will you tell me, but others support (Yamaha not to quote them) you head to the user forums: that's of assistance! Still, the Harmony 650 is a finely configurable product, but at the cost of some time to spend there.
