Galley with the remote, but ultimately it works ...!

I had no doubt about the tuner itself: I have already had several, and apart from a dual (two receivers in one key) that has little worked (false contacts become permanent stop) I have always been Avermedia satisfied products.
The galley arrived probably precisely because of this: the old software is not uninstalled by the nouveaudu CD, and I had to take me wrong. I went through the steps to download the latest versions, uninstall, reinstall X times, forgetting to install AVerQuick with the drivers ...
For 4 days, perfect reception with driver 8.0.060 or 8.0.065 on AverTV (CD or website) or AVer MediaCenter (the site) or Windows Media Center, but no remote control, until I " shaken "the remote control batteries in their housing.
So the combination of the two comments, one HS stack speaking and the other from small software not forget to install (therefore obligatory AverTV) that took me out of business. I really think that there is a battery contact problem in the remote.
